Miel des Vignes
Three hives stand between the pond, the small stream and the wildflower meadow. In winter that is about 15,000 bees, in high summer up to 200,000 — and because our estate offers enough forage across nearly twenty hectares, they stay at home. In their search for nectar they take thousands of tiny samples of our terroir each day. If there were residues, the bees would carry them in.

We have the honey analysed at the specialist laboratory Primoris, one of the world's leading addresses for food safety. Instead of the usual sixty or so substances, more than 360 were tested. The result: 0.00 mg/kg, no residues — no glyphosate, no fungicides, no neonicotinoids. For us, the honey is the finest proof of how cleanly we work here.

It is a small harvest, and we are glad of it every year.
