Stand among the vines early in the morning and you hear the forest before you see the vines. Nineteen hectares lie here on the hills of Saint-Caprais-de-Bordeaux; five of them carry vines, the rest is forest, meadow, spring and stream. Add three bee colonies, a young olive grove and, on many evenings, music. Wine is one voice within this whole.

The wine of this place carries the name Château LaSuite aux Conseillans. The second half of that name is the name of the place itself: Aux Conseillans has been on the maps of these hills since the eighteenth century. The vines grow on five of the nineteen hectares, and the wines are at home where they belong.
